Flipping website will bring you a lot of money if you do it promptly. For example, the newly built content site with approximately 10 unique articles with 4oo words each, will bring you at least $50. Not bad since you only spend about $10 for domain, your time to make unique articles and cheap shared hosting.

Yes, it’s not a big amount of money, but consider if you can make at last 10 articles a day. You’ll get net income about $40 each day. You can calculate how much you can earn a day. Just idea can limit you.

1. Search for the niche.
Niche content website will help you to get the buyer and also to narrowed your point of view. What niche you should choose? I encourage you to use tools.
First, use tools that detect trends of search engine activity on every keyword. Google trends is one of them, but tools such gtrend that provide you comparation between how many search in a time frame and amount of the sites competing for particular keyword would be more useful. You can browse and find that tool for free on several website.
Second, use keyword tool from google adwords to predict the competition of advertiser for targeted keyword. Tight competition is better because more advertiser interested in that keyword and spend more for each click.

2. Purchase the domain.
It’s better to purchase new domain and put your targeted keyword inside the new domain since it would be perfect for SEO. But actually, if you can search related domain with lower price from someone who have no interest in developing that domain, it would be awesome.

3. Install the new site with free template.
Some people say that Wordpress would be better for SEO, but some other say simple html also awesome. So, don’t be confuse. Please pick what you want, both of them is work based on my experiences.
One thing that I notice is about the design. Premium theme design, no matter it is html or wordpress, is better to attract the customer. You can have the premium themes for cheap price if you are a member of such membership. Two of them I really recommend are eleganthemes for wordpress based site and dreamtemplate for any type of site.
Premium themes will attracted more webmaster to buy your site, more bid, and of course higher price. First impression rules here.

4. Write the content or hire someone to write it.
If you think you are capable enough for the chosen niche, just write it to keep the quality and originality of the articles. Also it will save you a lot since the most money for such a project is for the articles.
On the other hand, if you feel you are not capable enough, just search for quality content writer. You can find it in a forum such DigitalPoint with the price as low as $1 for each 100 words. Higher quality means higher price and finding the native english speaker would be much much better.
After the content ready, upload it and fulfill all the need for the website until final release before you offer it.

5. List your auction.
There are several site or forum to list your site. my favorite is DigitalPoint forum. You can also list it in Sitepoint, Ebay or another place.
Sales letter is very important in this case. Please refer to previous listing for complete example about good sales letter.
you know the price of your site based on money you spend and your work. just believ in yourself and your sales letter. Lower starting bid is usually helpful to start the bidding fast. you can also keep one price in mind as your reserve price.

6. Transfer domain and files.
After you get the winner, just becareful. Somtimes we find good people buat we can also find scammer. So it’s better to ask them to send the payment prior domain push.
After domain push you ccan send the files and keep contact the buyer to help them install the site. it wil help you if you list another site and the winner is impressed with your service. They can be your customer and order other thing to you
